1. The Service
IPTV Polska HD provides access to live channels and on-demand content over the internet, delivered via login details or an M3U link for use with compatible player apps. Channel availability can change over time based on source licensing and technical factors outside our control.
2. Subscriptions & Devices
Each plan is limited to the number of simultaneous device connections stated at the time of purchase. Sharing login details beyond your plan's device limit may result in service interruption.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration. Prices are shown at the time of order and do not change automatically — subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you place a new order.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only, and not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share your login details. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service Availability
While we aim for consistent uptime, occasional interruptions can occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control. We'll work to resolve any outage as quickly as possible.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
